Good
They have a phone number to call for taxi. Don't use it to take you to the top of the Rock. It's not authorized to travel to the top. We had to walk up a million stairs not cool. They need to use cab drivers that are authorized. That was not nice to have numbers of cab company not authorized to go to certain places. I was really disappointed!
Get better cab service. Use authorized cab services that can go to all the places and not just dump anywhere.

Nice for short term stay... hidden gem in Guatape!!
Nice place to stay while traveling Guatape, close to everything we needed and able to have a nice time at the hotel as well. Heated pool was great because it gets cold there. Great views and tranquil ambient.
The wifi didn't work in the rooms just the pool wifi was working but sometimes hard to access from the rooms... the breakfast buffet lacked any flavor to the food and drinks but the fruit was good... Food options at hotel are very few and mostly just fish so it's best to bring your own food from the town to the hotel. A long walk up from the streets its a couple signs to direct you... can book transport from the front desk tho...

It’s off the beaten path and has a fabulous view. Clean and the service was good and friendly
